Montego Bay Airport (MBJ) to Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall Transfer

Where Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall is

On the Rose Hall coastal strip, roughly 10 miles east of the airport, between Ironshore and the Rose Hall Great House turn-off. The beachfront here is a series of large resort properties on the seaward side of the A1.

The route from Sangster International Airport (MBJ)

• Exit MBJ and turn east onto the A1, passing Ironshore and the Half Moon estate.
• Continue past Cinnamon Hill and the Rose Hall golf turn-offs — the road is dual carriageway most of the way and moves well.
• The shared Hyatt entrance is on the sea side of the highway; the guard directs vehicles to the Zilara or Ziva portico.
• In late afternoon the Ironshore section can slow, adding about 10 minutes.

Arrival procedure at Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall

1. 1Give your name at the shared Hyatt gate — the resort keeps a daily arrivals list.
2. 2Drop-off is at the Zilara lobby, which is the adults-only entrance and separate from Ziva's family check-in.
3. 3Welcome drinks are served at check-in; bags go direct to the room.
4. 4If you arrive before the 3pm check-in, day-use of the beach and restaurants is standard.

Which vehicle suits this transfer

Zilara is adults-only, so most transfers here are couples or small groups of friends. A First Class vehicle comfortably takes 4 passengers with luggage. Wedding and celebration groups splitting across Zilara and Ziva usually book the 12-seat minibus so everyone arrives at the gate together.

One suitcase and one carry-on per person included. Rose Hall is golf country — Cinnamon Hill and White Witch are minutes away — so tell us if clubs are coming and we will size the vehicle accordingly.

Your return transfer

We collect 3 hours before departure. From Rose Hall, allow about 20–25 minutes of driving, so a 2pm flight means a roughly 11am pickup. Sunday departures out of MBJ are the busiest of the week.
